Women are on the run, juggling careers, family, friends and other life demands. All too often they prioritize everyone else’s well-being before their own. American Heart Association wanted to do something to support the women who are doing so much for others.
The American Heart Association is the recognized leader in heart health, cardiovascular medical research, and consumer health guidance and education for heart health and wellness. They have spent decades prioritizing women’s heart health and showing them how to prevent, respond to and care for cardiovascular disease, but it wasn’t enough. They came to us looking for innovative new ways to attract and engage more women.
As a result, we helped them explore expanding their digital presence through a digital e-commerce membership program — mybestlife.
mybestlife is a paid membership program that serves as a trusted and valuable source for guidance and motivation, and as a community for women who care about prevention, health + wellbeing. It’s a program that inspires engagement and delivers plenty of value to justify a membership fee. Features include curated content, a connected community, monthly goods deliveries, videos, custom playlists, quizzes, digital journaling, and more.
A SEAT AT THE TABLE.
Restaurants face fierce competition as new restaurants flood the market at about twice the rate of the population. For most eateries, that means figuring out new ways to claim a seat at a rapidly filling table, since unique branding and services no longer cut it.
In an industry that’s become more competitive than ever, Zoës Kitchen, a fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant chain, reached out to us to help them achieve brand consistency and digital engagement using email, display media, and social.
Tropical Smoothie Cafe needed to improve their e-commerce experience, polish their brand look and voice, and create awareness for Fan Fave menu items - all without moving too far away from the existing brand.
We partnered with them to raise the quality of their digital communications across email, social, and content planning. We created vibrant visuals, an identifiable brand voice, and strategic consumer-centric messaging.
Then we developed and executed a brand campaign that included email, paid social, owned social and content planning. The campaign injected freshness, personality, and personalization into Tropical Smoothie communications, ensuring we helped consumers understand who TSC is and what they offer.
In our “Find Your Faves” campaign, we let consumers in on the secret: Tropical Smoothie Cafe doesn’t just sell smoothies. They sell flavorful dishes that contain fresh ingredients you can feel good about. We gave them an open invitation to see what a yummy trip to Tropical Smoothie Cafe looks like, and pick up a few new Fan Faves along the way…
This campaign ran across Facebook paid ads, Paid Instagram stories, owned social channels and email communications.

The Shops At Legacy is an urban lifestyle center in Plano, Texas with unique shopping centers, award-winning restaurants, lounges, bars, live music and nightlife. I wrote a brochure advertising them to potential leasers.
